One of our strong points as a sangha community is we are a small friendly inclusive group, good at supporting each other, and not too overwhelming in numbers. We provide guidance on the various meditations we use in Triratna which includes the Mindfulness of Breathing, the Metta bhavana cultivation of loving kindness. The evening is always structured so that new people will be given the support they need to join in. We aim to have a practiced focused evening once a month where there is a chance to review our meditation in small groups.
